When scheduling appointments, we adhere to a policy that necessitates the submission of full payment as a deposit for the subsequent appointment.
In the event of a cancellation notice provided within less than 48 hours or nonattendance to the scheduled appointment, we retain the right to withhold the deposit as a fee for short-notice cancellations or missed appointments. We kindly request your understanding regarding the value of our time, as missed appointments prevent other patients in need from accessing our services
Other dental treatments are available.
Please speak to a member of staff or your dentist at your next appointment.
